2018-10-05 08:18:09 When I was a young medical student I came across nails like this all the time mostly caused by impact to the nail thus causing the nail to scab up 20-60 layers causing a very thick ‘hoof’ nail the only treatments are trimming with a special tool or lift and apply phenol and wait for it to drop off

2022-07-22 19:52:24 payman, I suspect he most thoroughly enjoyed telling the story... also has her at the highest possible rating.... Speaking of ratings, many argue for more than 5 possible ratings, but the truth is, 2 star and 4 star ratings are underutilized and too many gravitate their ratings toward a simple "on" (5 star) or "off" (1 star) switch rather than using the scale proportionally. More numbers won't fix that.
