Here's an HD copy of the "Heroin AM" skit. That's definitely her foot in this clip.
The camera starts to zoom in on her at about 0:57, but before it does you can clearly see she has her left leg crossed over with her foot resting atop her right knee. She's a fit 32 year old. A pose like that isn't hard to do. And the toes and nails look just like they do in her other photos.
She has nicely formed feet and toes, but she'd get a higher rating from me if she ever painted her nails.
