BIB - So much great music!!! I just listened to all of it. I want to address all of your points so I don't leave anything out.
That's cool that you went to college in your 40's! Gives me hope that I could do something like that yet. Yes, vinyl is making a big comeback! I've started my own record collection in the last year, using some of my dad's and grandma's old records, and also buying older ones from thrift shops. I recently bought a bunch of Herb Alpert records, including "Whipped Cream And Other Delights", the greatest album cover of all time!
I love the song "Paradise (What About Us?)". I've known it for a while. Tarja's voice is amazing. I still listen to Nightwish's "Once" album pretty often even though I've had it for 11 years.

You should also check out a band called Celtic Legend that Emily Ovenden was in. They put out only one album in 2007, but there's a few videos from it on youtube. She's barefoot in them!

I liked the VersaEmerge song too. I saw some comparisons to Paramore, and I definitely hear it. The singer is hot. I think she kinda looks like Gracie Glam.

Her's another one. The foot content starts around 4:18. A nice closeup of her feet in open toe slippers. I've also taken the liberty of amending her shoe size. She is in fact a size 12, something which she has stated several times on air. She's also 6'1 if anyone was curious about her height. She's been a favorite of mine for some time so nice to see her on here.
