I really hope someone will upload scans from the high jump finals, where the camera zoomed in on her as she took of her shoes and went barefoot for about five seconds. I'd post the scans myself, but I'm in the EU...

Well, what can I say except... wow? 12! Musing of the day: We know there are some (most?) guys that like small delicate ladies feet (not that there's anything wrong with that!), but some guys generally prefer bigger, strong female feet, with long toes. I, for one, am definitively in the latter camp. But the larger the feet, the more they seem to require, extra care and painted toenails to keep them from looking like... you know! Maybe that explains why I have always been a painted toes hardliner, deducting a star for women who generally keep their nails natural.

I get it. No one cares. But this kind of cleared it up in my head. Thank you Wikifeet and Yaroslava.
