in some strange way, it seems that some Argentinian women have the ability to make platform heels like these look really nice on their feet! In most other cases, I would disregard these shoes and consider them ugly since they are to bulky and crude.

The “bulk” of these shoes is below the foot, literally elevating and beautifully displaying her feet. No matter where she is from. There are times when shoes, rather than getting in the way, actually enhance the appearance of feet. In my opinion.
