This is a terrific picture. Unfortunately, it's not Rachel. Rather, I believe that it's actually the lovely Michiko Nishiwaki. I don't have an source at hand to confirm for exactly this image, but I can link to a third-party site that has an image that appears to be from the same photoshoot: https://www.muscleandfitness.com/flexonline/michiko-nishiwaki-the-first-japanese-female-bodybuilding-champion/. There are a variety of others from the same shoot floating around, too. So, while the resemblance is uncanny, I believe we have a mismatch here. But maybe now Michiko can get her own page?
